Maybe, see below: Terminology could be part of the problem. Do you mean "chronic lymphocytic leukemia" (including CLL but also hairy cell leukemia?) or do you mean Acute lymphoblastic leukemia? Neither is typically treated with a 5-day infusion of anti-metabolite, except that hairy cell leukemia (a "chronic lymphocytic leukemia") can be treated with 5 days of cladribine, a type of anti-metabolite.
