Gastritis : If your symptoms are truly due to gastritis, the answer is to treat the underlying cause of the gastritis. Adjusting your diet will not make much difference. I usually tell people to avoid any particular foods that give them trouble while you are treating the underlying problem. If you have not seen your doctor or a gastroenterologist, seek them out to find the cause. Good luck.
