How is trichoepithelioma diagnosed and treated?

Site and bx: The trichoepithelioma is for the most part cutaneous, arising as a single or as multiple tumors of hair follicule origin. They are most often seen on the face after puberty and are best handled by local surgical resection. Lasar therapy has been employed.. The tumors are small and firm. They usually increase in number with age,and are occassionaly confused with basal cell Ca.
