Depression: Nope. If it is, then how do medications relieve depression if it is not a true chemical process.?

There are a # of: types of clinical depression. Depression can be related to neurotransmitter imbalances (serotonin, norepinephrine, and dopamine). Depression is not all in one's head. A clinical depression should be distinguished from having a depressed mood.
