Get checked: Not normal you have a sinus problems or fragile vessels, needs to get checked by ent.

See ENT: Likely the bleeding is comming from fragile vessels n our septum which can be cauterized in the office. An endoscopy of your nose should be done to rule out any other possiilities.

Mucosal tear: Cause mucosal tear in nasal mucosa. Be worried enough to see ENT doc ASAP.

Excessive nose bleeds every day since 26th March 2020. Sometimes 2x a day. Tried to 'measure' amount of blood, by catching it in a cup, +- 50-60 ml. I also wake up with a slight to medium headache every day, last month or 3 already. ?
