ER: Apply pressure to both nostrils with your thumb and fingers, breath through your mouth, and go to the ER to have it evaluated especially if it is due to trauma. If you have headlightness, call 911 for help, apply pressure to the nostril, lay down to the side to get enough blood to your brain and you don't aspirate it.
