Concerning: This is concerning for internal bleed. Since not diffuse in the stool, bleeding is not likely above the large bowel. Since it may be clotted or partially digested blood, not likely in the distal colon or rectum. Discuss with a physician as the rest of your medical history is critical here. You may need to have blood tests done and maybe even a colonoscopy.
