How do you make sure your baby is getting enough breast milk?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Several signs: If the wet every 4 hours or so it must be enough to do so.If they are filling out (growing) and developing a predictable feed/sleep pattern its a good sign. If they are gaining the weight as expected during their checkups, its enough.
