Why do you ask?: You're studying hard, and time talking with and learning from peers is also key. You need to eat sensibly, exercise & avoid the dangers of alcohol and drugs. The risks of neglecting this are obesity, loss of the self-esteem that goes with a good body, depression/dysthymia, social isolation, and the horrible consequences of mistakes while drunk/on drugs. It's a cruel world; staying fit helps.
