Diagnostic criteria : of ADHD -Primarily Inattentive Type = onset before age 10 of significant symptoms of inattention that cause harmful dysfunction at home & school or work for 6 mos. or >. Males often have ADHD-Combined Type in childhood, with significant hyperactivity/impulsivity, as well. 70% of cases of ADHD have comorbid ODD, anxiety, depression &/or learning disorders. The CES-D screens only for depression.
