Eval: No online documentation can substitute for a comprehensive evaluation done by a seasoned psychiatrist. I would also suggest a followup with a neuropsychologist who will administer a comprehensive neuropsychological battery of tests. These ideas may be anxiety provoking to you, but I can assure you, this is the best way to go to assess for the issues you mention here. Good luck!

??documentation??: The public HT site is not here to provide "documentation" so you can file for benefits or some protected status as impaired. If you need it and qualify, look to your local PCP to refer you to a proper source for evaluation/confirmation.If you are willing to look a little harder you can usually find help. An online service would never pass muster with the people that review applications.
