Depends: It depends on what you mean by " cracked." Some people say they can "crack" their back which usually involves the feeling of crepitance in the facet joints in the back. The spine should and does return to a normal position after that. If by "crack" you mean a fracture of the vertebrae which healed in a certain position, the spinal column does not usually remodel a deformity of a fracture.
