No: There is no need for routine angiography. If you have symptoms, then you should talk to your doctor.

Depends: New coronary obstruction graft stenosis graft blocked and patent but stenosed vessel these can all be indications for treatment, some by angioplasty and stent, some by reoperation can be very successful in the proper setting.
