Are there ways to make my menstrual cycle to start before my vacation?

Consult physician: Your doctor could use the bcp to regulate the cycles around the vacation. The hormone control is not too difficult but also not perfect. See your physician. Best wishes.

Not easy: If you are already taking bc pills, you can extend your cycle by going to the next pack of pills rather than taking the placebo pills. Similarly with patch or ring--use it continuously to postpone. Otherwise, if not already on hormones, there's not a very good way to change the cycle.
