Define weird: If everything is physically fine and all the tests indicate normal..it is hard to imagine what "weird" implies: is it discomfort, dull pain...? Discuss with the urologist who examined you.

Dysuria: Dysuria can be from many causes and still have normal urine tests. Urethritis , prostatitis, interstitial cystitis, urethral stricture, urinary stones to name a few. I suggest seeing a urologist for a good history and exam and possibly a cystoscope.

Blood in urine on and off for a month. Had blood tests, 3 urine analysis, cystoscopy, 2 kidney and bladder ultrasounds. Still haven't found cause.
Which method will they be using ultrasound or cystoscopy for checking my bladder after urine sample turned out clean?
