What exactly does it mean if a woman has large ovaries?

Depends: If there is not a specific cyst or lesion on the ovaries, and they are just 'larger' than normal- it can be due to polycystic ovaries (which tend to be larger than 'normal'). But it doesn't necessarily suggest anything dangerous, like ovarian cancer.
