Not necessarily: If you eat a healthy whole food diet with plenty of veggies, some fruits & nuts, quinoa & plant based proteins/beans & you will feel great. Vitamins are important for people who do not have access to healthy foods, have GI malabsorption issues, are picky eaters or have other issues. "If you eat well you will not need medicine, and if you do not eat well no amount of medicine will help you!"
