Hard to say: There are many causes for infertility including PCOS, so it is hard to say what your chances are. I am curious as to how you were diagnosed with PCOS since it does not sound like you have the usual signs or symptoms, including irregular periods, excess hair growth, weight gain, insulin resistance, or high male hormone levels.
