Possibly many?: Cinnamon is one of the most potent anti-oxidants there is and several studies also show benefits in type two diabetics, although the latter findings are still in debate. However, for the anti-oxidant properties, it is inexpensive and harmless. Anti-oxidants have anti-inflammatory properties!
