The first part: sounds like Sensory Processing Disorder. SPD is characterized by over-sensitivity to any stimuli that stimulates any of the senses. The two most common examples are to certain foods (textures, smells) or to touch (fabrics, hot, cold). But any sense can be triggered. I'm not as sure what sensitivity entering "certain" bldgs. means. This calls for further diagnosis. Start with a shrink..
