I have been experiencing severe sensitivity to material for the last ten years now. especially when i wear clothes, when i'm in contact with most fabrics or even just when i enter certain buildings i get anxious and clumsy and experience fatigue and head

The first part: sounds like Sensory Processing Disorder. SPD is characterized by over-sensitivity to any stimuli that stimulates any of the senses. The two most common examples are to certain foods (textures, smells) or to touch (fabrics, hot, cold). But any sense can be triggered. I'm not as sure what sensitivity entering "certain" bldgs. means. This calls for further diagnosis. Start with a shrink..
