I know of no medical: or therapeutic intervention that is a 101% cure for people with a brain-based disorder that involves multiple neural systems & has multiple neuropsychiatric etiologies. Most therapies are behavioral; medications & devices are less helpful. A patient who commits to intensive, repetitive practice of slow, relaxed breathing & speech is likely to be able to generalize these techniques to daily life.
