Although there is s: Although there is some overlap in what they do, the focus of ot in rehabilitation is primarily on upper extremity function(gross and fine motor), therapy and adaptive equipment to assist with activities of daily living. A physical therapist usually will focus on lower extremity function, gait training, assessment and training on mobility devices, balance and more gross motor function.
