Consult your PCP: You could be having cervicogenic headaches or tension type headaches, but the part which I think needs to be investigated is the difficulty focusing and forgetfulness. If the headache is severe it can interrupt the concentration but forgetfulness is not a typical symptom; you should consult your PCP and get checked out.
