Bunged up?: Does this mean stuffed up or have a cold and much congestion? if this is true, it is not infrequent that people that blow their nose will get dizzy. It is usually when people blow their nose hard This increases pressure in the middle ear and as a result will affect the balance mechanism in the inner ear and cause dizziness. This too shall pass.
