Inner ear pressure: You probably blew air and maybe something else into your inner ear which is connected to the throat and balances the pressure. It is the things that "pops" when you air travel. If the inner ear is disturbed, you can get nausea and dizziness. Try repeated swallowing and yawning which frequently helps. It should clear over time. Be gentle when blowing your nose.
