Vertigo: sounds like vertigo usually caused by viral labrynthitis. supportive measures are key. if persistent , get checked by your doctor. meclizine helps in this condition as well.

Get nauseous like every three months. Head feels dizzy and can't do much movement. Have to stay in bed but do not really get much sleep.
