Surgery?: do you mean you had a hiatal hernia surgery and you want your appetite back.or it have been two weeks since you discover you have a hiatal hernia and you have been taking the treatment and you are wondering when are you going to get your appetite back.either way IUD you had surgery it take three months before you feel good and eat right. If you did not have surgery it is not normal see your DOC,
