Though these symptoms can be explained by large hiatal hernia, it is uncommon presentation. Please see gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment as soon as possible. Best of luck.

Most hiatal hernias are completely asymptomatic, and if they do cause symptoms it is usually a small amount of heartburn, most often easily controlled with acid reducing medications. If you’re having upper abdominal symptoms along with weight loss, you should see your gastroenterologist. Good luck.
