Pinched nerve: It could be related to residual muscle spasm and sprain, but there could be a herniated disc causing impingement on nerves. Start with an exam by your doctor who may start cervical x-rays and recommend PT if normal, but if no response, I recommend MRI to assess for herniated disc. Best wishes
