Question not clear: It can take a while to get back to a normal menstrual cycle after 5 years on Depo, and you do not state if you have had regular periods since July or if you just started again in January, 2015, as the spottiing for 6 days then is consistent with that. I can't tell from your history if you have been ovulating regularly or if you are pregnant if that is your concern. Best wishes for a healthy baby
