I got the depo shot twice then stopped, last week i started bleeding after 3 months of stopping shot but it was light it lasted 4 days last night i started a light bleed again spotting maybe is this normal or wnat could it be?

"Depo" shots have a "fail safe" range incorporated in the regimen given at 3 month intervals. If no birth control is used "for three months", it is generally not a risk for pregnancy. Obtain a serum HCG test to be certain about pregnancy, and see your GYM physician if the test is positive.
