Thyroid.: Hard to say. Thyroid function can be either progressive ( progressively better or worse) or may disfunction as a one time thing related to infection, trauma or illness. sometimes labs reports are in error eating the impression of thyroid disease. If you do not have symptoms it sounds like your issue may have been a hit and run.....
