Symptoms: Everybody does't feel the same thing, to know what the rhythm is for certain requires an ecg recording during the rhythm. In general the beat following a long diastole has a bigger stroke volume and is felt more....but not always.

Depends : Not all PVCs have compensatory pauses so the same PVC may feel different at times. It all depends on the timing in between normal beats and whether it makes it all the way back up to the atrium to reset your clock (sa node). A monitor or rhythm strip ECG may help to determine if your palpitations are related to PVCs or something else.
