Maybe not, but...: One can see his primary care doctor to check out the rash. Getting a cluster of small pimples on the chest may be more likely due to other causes rather than a new infection from HIV. However, because one is sexually active, one can get tested for HIV at the appropriate times as will be recommended by his primary care doctor. HIV is preventable, can be tested for, plus treatment is available.
