My 14 month old grandbaby has not crawled walked stood nor sat on his own is this something scary is he going to be a handicapped child??

Developmental delay: Sitting unsupported, crawling, and walking are are progressive developmental milestones and it is concerning that your grand baby hasn't met any of them at this point. The baby should have been getting well child checks at regular intervals and having their development assessed. The earlier the intervention the better the outcome potential. Visit the pediatrician and get the necessary referrals.
