my breakfast has 10g of fibre 15g protein, 25% vitamin a, 10% vitamin c, 14% calcium, 62% iron, 40%vitamin e, 36%niacin, 43% folate (folic acid) is that healthy ?

Reasonable but...: All of those sound reasonable but in order to know if it si healthy I would like to know how much carbohydrates, sugars and fats and what type of fats. Also, is the Vitamin E natural (d-alpha tocopherol) or synthetic (dl-alpha tocopheral)- synthetic may be harmful. Does it contain GMO's? Is it organic? If not, it may have significant pesticide residues. Consider adding fresh fruit and/or nuts.
