Chf: Congestive Heart Failure (CHF) is a condition in which the heart can not pump the blood normally (called systolic) or can not relax well ( Diastolic ). Both conditions cause similar symptoms such as shortness of breath, swelling, fatigue, etc. Heart attacks, high blood pressure and/ or infections are associated with these conditions.
