Time to see a doctor: Fever with diarrhea and vomiting is usually infectious gastroenteritis, but sounds that you have had symptoms for a long time so it might be time to see someone about it. You could try local emergency center, urgent care or primary care. Also make sure that you are drinking plently of fluids.
