Sinuses inflamed/took steroid nasal spray 2 months. got nausea, headaches, frequent urine. had uti took antibiotic. still have symptoms 3weeks later.

See doctor: If you UTI symptoms have subsided but you still experience the above symptoms, you may have sinusitis which did not respond to the antibiotic for the UTI (antibiotics are prescribed based on disease condition). Need to talk to your doctor.

Does taking 1 does of antibiotic before using sample mess up a urine culture? Was prescribed Macrobid for UTI symptoms, gave sample 10 hours later. Culture results show no evidence of UTI. I still have some symptoms like irritation and freq urination?
