I have skin peeling on my buttocks to the point where i have cuts starting to appear. what is it?

Skin rash: need to see a picture of the lesion. Could presume its dry skin vs eczematous dermatitis vs contact dermatitis. hydrocortisone cream and moisturizing cream may help.
