What could be the cause of continuous peeling of skin underneath fingers? this peeling and healing cycle has been continuing for 3 or more months now. it also causes my skin to crack and have a small cut or open wound which heals for about a few days?

Most likely cause in US is you are keeping hands in water or wet at work. Especially if you use rubber gloves at work all day. Discuss other causes found in the Philippines with your Dr.
