Rear: Cardiac arrest is rear condition in any population, especially in elite athletes. Sudden cardiac death in athletes is usually associated with conditions such as hypertrophic cardiomyopathy or anomalies in the coronary arteries . If your ekg and echocardiogram is normal ( hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is excluded).

No need to worry:): If you don't have any identifiable medical issue and no significant family history of sudden cardiac deaths, then there is no reason for you to be unnecessarily worried. Just keep in mind to remain vigilant if any warning sign develop like palpitations, headaches or chest pain that may be caused by over exertion. Let your body guide you to know when enough is enough in slowing down.
