Not really: just observe, if any abnormal symptom call his pediatrician or go to urgent care, he'll be fine, good luck in child proofing your place

Not at all, however:: You have no reason to be concerned about your child being harmed by this. There is nothing in the ingredients that would be toxic even if your child had a whole bottle. The only real danger of toxicity in kid's vitamins is from iron and these vitamins have no iron. My concern is that your 2 yo can open child-proof caps.
