Ask pharmacist or...: Rinse with 1 tbsp of organic apple cider vinegar in 1 cup of warm water. Also rinsing with a solution of 3% hydrogen peroxide can help. Mixing 1/2 tsp of salt in 1 cup of warm water is an alternative as is a solution of baking soda. Acidophilus capsules can help restore the normal bacterial flora in your body. The best treatment, however, are the prescription meds that directly kill candida.
