No drug treats both: Most likely you mean an E coli urinary tract infection and a vaginal yeast infection caused by Candida. No single drug treats both. Several antibiotics are good for UTI, e.g. sulfa-trimethoprim, nitrofurantoin, ciprofloxacin, and others. Vaginal yeast needs a cream like miconoazole, or any similar product whose active ingredient ends in "azole"; or a single oral dose of fluconazole (DiflucanĀ®).
