See Below...: An ultrasound at 7 weeks is very accurate for dating pregnancy. Using the first day of the last menstrual period is less reliable for a variety of reasons. For example, it assumes that you ovulate on cycle day 14. Some women ovulate earlier or later. Best wishes!
