None Reported: Currently there are no reported drug drug interactions between Humira (adalimumab) and Cannabis. Cannabis does have a fairly well established safety profile. The adverse effects of a monoclonal antibody like Humira (adalimumab) can cause cancer or trigger TB. If you are to use cannabis, I would recommend edibles, vaporization, or topical treatments.
