Manage it: it's great that you're a dedicated blood donor. You may get excited before you donate -- I certainly do -- but if you're often hypertensive in this situation, you need to figure out, with your physician's help, whether it's just the excitement ('white jacket hypertension') or if you really are hypertensive -- and need treatment now.
