See your Ob/Gyn: Ovarian cysts measuring 1.2cm are usually a normal finding. However, its not normal to be nauseated and in pain. These symptoms probably are not a result of the ovarian cysts but should be explored by your Ob/Gyn. You may need more tests and an exam. Best wishes!
