See Doctor: See your primary doctor so that a physician can determine if the rash is petechia or not. Your physician might consider ordering lab work to determine cause. There are many different kinds of rashes so having a doctor look at it to get to the bottom of it will ease your concerns. Google is helpful but can sometimes be misleading and a little scary.

Need to be seen: It is very difficult to compare pictures on the internet and make a diagnosis without knowing the background history and exam. Lot of skin lesions are very similar and represent different diseases and hence different treatments. If it is petechia then underlying cause need to be treated as it can represent some serious illness. I would recommend that you see your Doctor
